Consider roles that offer both study support and options for rotations to other internal teams. Here at the Phoenix Group we offer both. It is important to get through the professional exams but the on the job learning across a number of teams and/or departments will be key to future career progress and can become a differentiating factor when applying for a new job/promotion.
