ReAssure Communications Manager
Hello. Responsibilities of my role tend to be split into two different parts. My first responsibility is to the team who report to me. Phoenix has some excellent people policies and they are very keen to support colleagues through a number of different initiatives. Making sure I'm aware of all of these and passing the information on to colleagues at what might be a difficult time is key.
My other main responsibility is to the business, ensuring all work for projects is delivered on time. There are a number of different teams involved in project delivery. Its key to remember that any delay delivering our work will have an impact on other teams further along the project timeline.
Over both of these is tight governance. As you would expect from a financial institution, our customers and people are at the heart of everything we do and its essential to make sure all information provided is accurate and clear.
