That's a great question, in truth the top three qualities vary from day to day, the recurring themes are:
1. Ability to thrive in a changing environment
2. Being calm and grounded, taking the time to reflect on situations, challenges, issues etc
3. Being decisive and driving actions that support decisions

Head of Talent Acquisition
For my role as Head of Talent Acquisition I think I would say that the top 3 qualities needed are a real focus on the customer - whether that is an existing employee as a candidate, an external applicant or the hiring manager themselves. In addition I believe agility is key as it's a very fast paced environment with a lot of change. Finally as I also lead a team I think the ability of being able to support, coach and develop my colleagues is key to success as a Talent Acquisition Team.
For all roles advertised, the requirements should be outlined within the advert as an overview of what we are looking for as well as some information about the role itself, the business and our benefits. I would also suggest reviewing the information on the careers pages which outline the Values as these are absolute key to our success.
