Yes the flexibility is great - I love it! Each location & department/team may work slightly differently but in the Finance department in Dublin we work in person a minimum of 2 days a week, one of which is an anchor day so all colleagues are in together for optimal collaboration opportunities. The other day is your own choice, so this can be worked around other areas of your life. We also work flexible hours which is ideal for those commuting or with school drop offs.
