Absolutely, the hybrid way of working is supported by Phoenix and IT equipment is provided. On occassion, due to business need, there may be a requirement for office attendance but generally, working with your manager enables the ability to remote work effectively.

Hybrid working is both supported and encouraged by Phoenix so there should be no barrier to working remotely. As previously mentioned IT equipment is provided to support remote working. There may be a requirement to attend the office, but whether that's a couple of times a week or just once a month would be decided between yourself and your line manager.
