Work-life balance is embraced at Phoenix. The majority of roles offer the flexibility to start and end your working day when it suits you, provided business needs are being met. Some colleagues prefer to start earlier in the morning and finish earlier in the day, whilst others prefer to start later in the morning and work later. Many colleagues take time out of their day as required to do things they need to do during the day, such as school/nursery drop-off's or pick-up's, go to the gym or out for a run, to name a few examples, ensuring they work their hours around these. In addition, at Phoenix we now have a hybrid working model, with the majority of colleagues going into the office some days and working from home others, this flexibility has made a big difference in helping me improve my work-life balance.
