Yes, in my role the work pattern is geared to meeting delivery objectives, typically I'm in the office 2-3 days a week, working from home on the other days. Some of my team are in the office 3-4 days a week, others not at all

Yes. I have a young family and I work 32 hours over 4 days. A mix of in the office and home working, depending on meetings and the need to be in the office to meet face to face.

Hi! We just recently launched something internally called 'Phoenix Flex'. This means all roles are advertised as flexible/open to part-time, job share etc as standard. This is balanced with ensuring that business requirements are met (e.g someone might work part-time remotely but needs to flex sometimes to travel to a client meeting or internal event), and this is always explained during the recruitment process as it can look a different depending on the person and the role. I find that Phoenix is much more focused on achievements and results as opposed to where and when you do the work.
