Head of Talent Acquisition
Lots of things! Personally I love variety and every day is different and although I have been here over 18 months I learn something new most days. I really enjoy being surrounded by people and so on the days that I choose to work in my local office I'm motivated by those around me and the opportunity for face to face conversations (and lunch)! Overall however I like to make a difference and I feel than in my role as a recruiter I get the opportunity to do that on a small scale with every candidate that me and my team place and every relationship built and this is also supported by the recognition and gratitude from candidates and stakeholders when things go well.
