Absolutely, internal progression is encouraged and there are ample opportunities to move around the wider business. This may be a permanent move, or if you're not sure secondment opportunities come up which are actively supported and give you a chance to 'try before you buy'. I myself have moved around a variety of audit, risk management and line 1 business roles during my career which has given me a very rounded skillset and supported my progression.
