Hi, thanks for your question :)
So in terms of training I had a 2-week initial induction where I had to complete online e-learning modules. Then the second week was more specific. It was tailored to the training of the role. The kind of softwares that will be used, the systems etc.
The 2 weeks would then be signed off by your line manager.
However throughout my graduate programme so far I have been involved in external training workshops organised by 'Hemley Fraser'.
One of which was named - Communicating with Clarity, Business Acumen and Beginner 3 Hour Excel Course.
The opportunities are endless, the company really invests in training and is supportive.
