No one thing in particular. As I came through the graduate programme the application process I experienced included multiple rounds, so to anyone who is starting on that route as well I would just say good luck! Once you get to the interview they really just want to talk to you, find out who you are as a person, so just try and be yourself, and be open about your interests and ambitions.
