There is a lot to cover when you first join the company (I found), as I was comfortable with my role and skills the biggest part of the training for me was around domain and business orientation. By this I mean, I had never worked in pensions before. So, it took me some time to adjust and my biggest advice around this is to give yourself the time and don't expect to understand it all overnight. I certainly didn't but everyone was super helpful and kind in helping me gain a better understanding.
