Do Phoenix offer staff loans or anything to help their employees with financial hardship?

Hi, thank you for your question. Phoenix does not offer loans, but we do have lots of great benefits including financial education and advice. We offer something called ‘Nudge’, a financial education platform, which helps colleagues to build financial knowledge and plan for the future. We also offer financial coaching, where a financial coach works closely with you to develop a tailored strategy aligned to your individual circumstances. We also have partnerships with external providers who can provide regulated financial advice from an independent financial advisor. Lastly, Phoenix also offers workplace savings, which gives you access to a range of online ISAs. This is in partnership with Cushon, a workplace savings platform. We also offer a range of benefits to help you to stay protected, such as income protection, life assurance and critical illness cover.
