Do you hire people only from the financial background? Would you consider a civil engineer for one of your positions?

Hi,
Thanks for your question.
The company has a variety of roles for different domains such as: IT, HR, Customer Services, Bid Management, Project Management, Asset Management, Finance, Sustainability etc.
It doesn't matter exactly what career background you have, Phoenix really invests in its employees. Whether that's by attaining extra accreditations or career exposure. As long as your committed to the values and you integrate well, you can progress either way. Your civil engineer background will not hinder your ability to obtain a position.
Hope that helps!
