Junior employees can navigate through various channels to express their ideas. Whether its personally or professionally, most teams have their own team WhatsApp group where you can contribute your ideas immediately to the team. Most teams usually have a daily/weekly catch up where you can contribute your ideas. There are various icebreakers when you initially start your role, so take every opportunity to connect with your fellow colleagues.
