Phoenix has grown rapidly over the past decade or so, and continues to evolve and change at pace - for example over the past coupe of years Phoenix has rapidly grown its 'Retirement Solutions' business focussed on risk solutions for companies with defined benefit pension schemes (such as Marks & Spencer), providing annuities to individual retirees, and funding of Lifetime Mortgages to help retirees free up value in their properties - that makes it an exciting place to work, with loads of opportunity to learn, grow, and build an great career.
