What's the most rewarding project you've worked on?

Thanks for the question. My current project is my first with Phoenix, what I can say is that I really understand why we're undertaking the project and what the key outcomes. We're working hard as a team to deliver those outcomes. My observation of Phoenix projects is that there are a lot of them and they tend to be fast moving and dynamic. Hope that helps

I have worked on a number of rewarding projects in my career. But I would say the most memorable one would have been Pensions Reform when we introduced the flexibility for people to get access to their pension funds in a way that suited their needs. It was interesting to listen into the calls coming through and the life changing things that some people were choosing to do with their lump sums (albeit some very strange ones too). The word had gone crazy for the new way to access your pension and we even had people turn up at our door asking if they can get their money today. It was also worrying too as some people didn't understand the regulation so our reps spent a lot of time providing information on the basics before asking them to contact an adviser for guidance.

The buzz around the office the weeks after was unlike anything I have seen before. And the stories we heard from the customer service reps was amazing for some and humbling for others.
