Initially I had 3 offers. I chose Phoenix because of their commitment to diversity and charitable initiatives. I realised there was less preaching and more practice. Phoenix is very proactive in recognising diverse talent as well as adjusting the recruitment process for special requirements. I was drawn to the values of the company, I related very well. It gave me the reassurance that I was going to be looked after during the graduate programme - and that's exactly what's happened.
I've had an incredible support network around me, I've really thrived in my professional and personal development since I've joined Phoenix. The flexibility is amazing. My work routine isn't rigid - it can be altered to suit my commitments.
