It's difficult to describe the company in only three words. But if i had to i would use the following:
1. Inclusive. Phoenix has a large and diverse workforce, but it embraces this diversity and is a very inclusive and welcoming place to work.
2. Growing. Phoenix is ever-changing, and is always growing larger through acquisition's such as Standard Life and ReAssure, these acquisitions often result in an increase in the number of roles available in many areas of the business. This means there is a large number of roles available across the business covering a wide range of departments, which makes Phoenix a very viable place to build a career.
3. Rewarding. Phoenix is a rewarding place to work. Compensation is good, there is an annual incentive plan, strong pension offering and a fantastic maternity/paternity policy, among other things.
