How do you keep motivated in your career?

I am fortunate that my job is never the same two days in a row. Being a Lead Business Analyst you get moved from project to project so you are constantly learning new subjects and meeting new stakeholders who may have different needs so you learn to adapt appropriately. The company are very supportive in giving you opportunities to ensure you keep invested in developing yourself. Seeing the outcome of the project you have worked on keeps me motivated as you see the benefit to the end user.

For me personally I have found as long as a role remains challenging and interesting I remain motivated. Any time I feel this is in danger of no longer being the case I have put my hand up for a promotion or rotation. To date in Phoenix I have worked in 4 different roles across 2 different teams.
