Hi - congratulations! And thanks for your interest in Phoenix. I am going to assume you are based in the UK for this one. Our policy for anyone who is the partner of a person who has given birth is 26 weeks, including the partner of a primary adopter in an adoption or surrogacy arrangement. There's more information in our Family Leave policy which is available upon joining us, or we can talk you through it during the recruitment process. I also appreciate that babies don't always follow the timelines we want them to, so if your new arrival joins you before you start a role with us, we can discuss start dates and what works for both you and the business during the recruitment process. But the short answer is if you're interested in joining us, go for it! We'd love to hear from you and we can talk to you about policies and how it all works during the recruitment phase.
