Operational Governance and Risk Consultant
I work in a hybrid capacity, so there are days I spend in the office, and days I spend working from home.
When I am in the office, my days include time spent at my desk working on the tasks for which I am accountable, attending meetings both virtually and in person, and the occasional catch-up over coffee if someone I work with in some capacity happens to be in the office on the same day. When I am working from home, my days include time spent at my desk working on the tasks for which I am accountable, and attending meetings virtually.
The structure of my day can vary greatly, there are days where I have no meetings and I spend my full day at my desk working on numerous tasks, while there are other days where I have a number of meetings and spend more time in meetings than I do at my desk. No two days are the same given the variety of work completed in the team, and the number of meetings I attend. The numerous tasks we are involved in means you grow your network quickly in this role.
