In Phoenix we have a very supportive set up to allow people to change careers and get the necessary training required. Mentors are available to help you along the way. The key to changing your career within Phoenix is to demonstrate the skills required for the role and call out what support you need of your manager and any training opportunities you feel you need to do the new job. Opportunities are advertised internally and externally to allow everyone the best chance at making that change.
