Tim B.
Programme Director
This will sound like a cop out... everyday is different! It's one of the things that I enjoy about my role and working at Phoenix, everyday really is different. The core themes that run through many of my days include:
1. Meetings with senior stakeholders to better understand their priorities, concerns, suggestions and how the programme I'm leading can best support their needs.
2. 1-2-1 and team meetings with my direct reports on a range of topics including; performance against objectives, mental well-being, career development, personal goals and what we can do to make Phoenix a better place to come to work in.
3. Portfolio Leadership calls with my peers and our Portfolio Director to optimise the performance of the portfolio.
I hope that gives some insight into a typical day for me at Phoenix.
Warmest regards
Tim
