My day-to-day role differs depending on which rotation I've been in. However in my current rotation in Change Management I complete tasks from 3 different teams (PMO, Design and Change Mgt). On a weekly basis I have 2 1-2-1 catch ups with my manager. I have a project brief I usually follow with all my tasks and deliverables. I tend to alternate each working day depending on the tasks. I dedicate one full day to each task, then I dedicate Friday to studying for my Yellow Belt qualification. At Phoenix, no day is ever the same. I have great flexibility. I'm able to go to the gym on my lunch break and complete my tasks simultaneously.
