I am interested in working for Phoenix but not in a telephony role - does the Customer Service Consultant include this

I'm not certain about whether all Customer Service Consultant roles include telephony as I don't work in that area. There are some roles that are classed as "back office" but I would recommend you talking through any concerns at an interview. The interview process isn't just for the business to see whether you are suitable, it works the other way round as well.
