The company culture is very inclusive. Everyone is involved in conversations. The actual office culture is pretty chilled. Of course it does vary depending on location. I do find that the offices that have a contact centre have a more focused culture - whereas the Wythall office (soon to be Birmingham City Centre) is more relaxed.
Each month there is a Peakon survey where you can express any concerns, thoughts or ideas in confidence.
