I think the main difference is how the company supports its colleagues. A lot of companies say they are keen to support colleagues with the work/life balance, but the policies in place at Phoenix support this statement. Alongside excellent holiday entitlements and both physical and mental wellbeing support, flexible working is encouraged wherever possible. Homeworking is supported where possible as well as part time working, compressed hours and job share to ensure everyone is welcome.
