What do you enjoy most about your role?

For me what I enjoy most about my role is the flexibility and autonomy I am given to both decide how to manage my time, situations and use my own judgment. The culture at Phoenix is very much about individuals taking accountability and a self-serve approach. If you want to do something you find out how and use your network, the information available to you and judgment to come up with the right approach for the situation. You must be comfortable with ambiguity as there is a lot of it in many roles but I thrive on it. I've never been micro-managed and I treat my team with the same respect and trust also. In addition this flexibility also applies to how, where and when I work. Again personally I like the hybrid option as my role is about my day whether thats popping over to someone's desk or a quick Teams chat there are a lot of options availble to me with both face to face and remote working.
